LGPC Therapist | Mental Health & Disability Advocate | Cultural Connector
I’m a bold yet grounded therapist who blends clinical expertise with lived experience and cultural nuance. As a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) working under supervision, I bring an intuitive, affirming, and holistic approach to therapy—especially for those navigating intersectional identities, trauma, chronic illness, and complex family dynamics.
Rooted in my identity as a Black woman and informed by my work with clients living with conditions like sickle cell disease, I create emotionally safe, nonjudgmental spaces where healing isn’t just possible—it’s expansive. I’m especially passionate about supporting BIPOC individuals, single parents, and those reclaiming their voice and power after surviving toxic relationships or systemic harm.
As someone on the path to becoming a psychiatrist, I offer a uniquely integrated lens that bridges mental and physical health. My sessions weave together psychoeducation, somatic awareness, cultural reflection, and empowerment-centered dialogue to help you move toward clarity, growth, and liberation.
I don’t just “hold space”—I curate it. With me, you can expect real conversations, gentle accountability, laughter, warmth, and an unwavering commitment to your healing and evolution. My work is rooted in liberation, not just coping—and every session is a step toward your freedom.
